Sampo Mansnerus: LONG WAY DOWN (2009, 40 MIN)

A young man on the edge of an apartment building is facing decisions of life and death. He ends up trying to figure out the meaning of existence in an eccentric community.

Long Way Down is a narrative short film (diploma work) of filmmaker Sampo Mansnerus from the Russian State University of Cinematography named after S.Gerasimov (VGIK). The original screenplay is written by Veera Tyhtila. She is a scriptwriter and playwright from Helsinki.
